Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our client's team! A Talent Acquisition Assistant supports the recruitment team by handling administrative tasks, candidate communication, and data management. This role involves posting job openings, scheduling interviews, managing candidate information, and assisting with onboarding. Essential skills include strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and handle candidate communications (e.g., rejections, offer letters).
  • Candidate Management: Maintain candidate databases, track applications, and update candidate status in the ATS.
  • Job Posting and Marketing: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and related tasks.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance of recruitment records.
  • Event Support: Assist with job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail .
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Experience with recruitment processes and/or HR administration .
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not always required .
