Job Description

The HT Group has a professional services client in Austin, TX looking for a Front Desk Assistant who is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented to support day-to-day office operations, manage client communications, and assist with administrative project tasks. This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Direct-Hire
$40,000-$45,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
Maintain document control through labeling, organizing, and managing physical and digital files
Enter client data, project milestones, and deadlines into internal databases and systems
Print, scan, send, and follow up on standard documentation
Assist in collecting any missing forms or client signatures
Answer phones, take messages, and support client inquiries
Help coordinate scheduling and send out routine communications
Requirements:
Strong organizational and reliability skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor when interacting with internal staff and external clients
