Our client, a mens and womens apparel brand, is searching for a Store Manager to join their team in Tinton Falls, NJ!

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer service.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within a retail context.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary : $68,000-70,000
