Job Description

We are looking for full-time, licensed Real Estate Sales agents who are located in Charleston SC, and motivated about generating a high income while making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined for their clients as it can be. If you are a new agent or are serious about becoming an agent, that is great! We have more qualified leads than we can handle. We are looking for someone like you! Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 at plan Responsibilities: Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs ~ Meet new people and add them to our database to develop new business relationships. This is a contact sport.
