The plumbing maintenance supervisor will perform new plumbing installation and repairs at commercial properties within an assigned location and territory. The Plumbing maintenance supervisor position is a working supervisor that will perform work and complete jobs, while also overseeing a maintenance team installing new plumbing, water meters and necessary repairs. The repairs involve general new plumbing install, new meter installation, repair, and coordinating new meter install projects on Benderson Development properties.
