Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Entry-Level)

Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (Potential extension)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and process engineering documentation and change requests using Windchill.
• Collaborate daily with ~10 engineers and production operators to implement changes efficiently.
• Support engineering change implementation and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Spend approximately 15–20% of your time in a cleanroom environment (ISO 8, PPE provided).
• Work primarily from the office with flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri or Mon–Thurs 4x10s).
• Assist with continuous improvement of documentation and workflow processes in a regulated medical device environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, or related; Civil Engineering not preferred ).
• 0–1 year of experience, including internships or co-op roles in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting with required PPE.
• Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with Windchill or other document control/change management systems.
• Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments.
