Summary
The Facilities and EHS Manager is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager, this role provides hands-on support for manufacturing operations, leveraging expertise in mechanical systems, machine shop practices, and electrical support. The manager ensures a safe and compliant work environment, promotes a safe work environment, conducts audits and investigations, and leads EHS training to foster a strong safety culture.
