Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join their Copyright Administration team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract documentation and administration processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.

This freelance position requires onsite presence Monday through Thursday in Burbank, with remote work available on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain contract records accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to obtain necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding contract status and details from internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with audit preparation and support ad hoc projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract administration or related field within Entertainment or Music.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with contract management software or systems.
