We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive HR Assistant with a knack for data and detail. In this role, you’ll go beyond typical admin work—supporting our Chief HR Officer and providing analytical insights that help drive strategic decisions.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Support the CHRO with high-level reporting, planning, and project coordination
• Create dashboards and analyze HR data using Power BI
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and engagement activities
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions and HR processes

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field ( Required )
• 1+ year in HR or administrative support, with strong reporting experience
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, analytical, and confident working with sensitive data
• Excellent communicator with a team-first mindset
