Chubby Group – Project Manager (Construction & Expansion Focus)

Chubby Group is a holding company focused on the food and lifestyle sectors, with over 40 restaurant locations and subsidiaries in construction, supply chain, technology, and media. As we continue to expand with new projects, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to help lead construction, renovation, and development efforts.

岗位职责 Responsibilities:

• 管理餐厅建设、翻新、空间改造等项目从设计到交付的全过程
• Oversee full-cycle construction projects including ground-up builds and remodels

• 协调设计师、建筑师、工程团队与政府机构，确保项目合规
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure code compliance

• 控制项目预算与工期，及时调整资源与风险
• Monitor schedules, control costs, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

• 管理施工许可证、政府审批流程及安全检查
• Manage permitting, inspections, and ensure safety and regulatory standards

• 与店铺运营团队对接，确保交付后的使用无缝衔接
• Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and post-project support

任职资格 Requirements:

• 至少3年建筑或项目管理经验，1年以上商业项目领导经验
• Minimum 3 years of construction or project management experience, 1+ years leading commercial projects

• 具备餐厅、酒店、零售或多单元物业项目经验优先
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail is strongly preferred

• 熟悉建筑许可、加州或德州施工法规和安全标准
• Familiar with California or Texas construction codes and permitting

• 熟练使用项目管理和预算软件（如Procore、AutoCAD、Excel等）
• Proficient in project management software like Procore, MS Project, and budget tools

• 英语与普通话流利，具备跨文化沟通能力
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English for seamless communication across teams
