Key Responsibilities:

• Draft customized estate plans, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Advise clients during consultations on strategies aligned with their goals

• Manage probate and estate administration cases end-to-end

• Coordinate with financial advisors, insurance professionals, and fiduciaries

• Supervise support staff in document preparation and trust funding

• Travel as needed for home, hospital, or care facility meetings

• Contribute to public seminars, webinars, and client education initiatives

• Perform legal research and prepare briefing materials for the team

• Draft written content for firm publications and client updates

• Participate in internal firm improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar

• Minimum 5 years of experience in law, finance, or accounting settings

• JD from an accredited law school

• Strong interpersonal skills and public speaking comfort

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal software tools

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

• Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with attention to detail
