Job Description:

What you"ll do:

● Position: Warehouse Supervisor. Full time. Reports to the Logistics Manager.

● Supervise and manage a team of warehouse and other support staff and

potentially supporting multiple satellite locations

● Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including but not limited

to shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment

● Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory

levels, receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve

any issues that may arise

● Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to

warehouse staff

● Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills

and knowledge

● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe

and organized warehouse environment

● Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff

and covering breaks

● Maintain a safe working environment and efficient warehouse operations

● Participates in the creation and implementation of short, and medium-term

goals for the team. Participates in the creation and/or continuous improvement

of operational processes, aiming to promote effectiveness, efficiency, and data

accuracy.

● Participate as needed in the development and improvement of Archer ERP

system.

● Demonstrate proficiency in strategic business decision-making and adaptability

to evolving organizational objectives.

What you need:

● 5 years of related experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry.

● Proficient in SAP

● Proven record of warehouse and people management

● Effective organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to communicate in a professional business manner, both in writing and

verbally. High attention to detail is required.

● Strong computer skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment with

adaptability to changing priorities.

● Strong team player

● Valid GA driver's license

● Forklift experience

● Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

● Must be able to visually distinguish colors

Education

● High school diploma or GED equivalent is required

Bonus Qualifications:

● BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.

● Battery handling experience

● Hazmat handling experience

● Familiar with OSHA regulations

● Commercial driver"s license
