Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession matters
Handle planning for pass-through entities (LLCs and LPs), charitable giving strategies, and high-value real estate transactions
Collaborate with a close-knit team of attorneys, paralegals, and clients on tailored, high-level planning
Draft legal documents with precision and clarity, and provide thoughtful, strategic legal guidance
Requirements:
2+ years of recent experience in estate planning, tax law, or transactional law with significant overlap in estate matters
Excellent communication, drafting, and research skills
Deep understanding of federal and California tax laws
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
A collaborative mindset with a client-first, service-oriented approach
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Technologically proficient and capable of producing routine work independently
