After onboarding, you’ll have control over the income you earn, as you’ll be paid through commissions and incentives based on your success. In this position, you’ll have a stable income and the ability to focus on learning and development and the opportunity to serve clients with mentorship.This is a hybrid role with the expectation of coming into the office periodically. While most of the work can be done remotely, occasional in-person collaboration is encouraged based on team needs and business priorities. Licensing and Training Over your first 2 to 3 months, you will study for and obtain necessary licenses, including: State Life, Health and Annuity Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Series 6 and 63 or 7 and 66. After completing licensing, you may enroll in a comprehensive training program lasting up to eight weeks. What you can expect After licensing and training, you’ll start building your book of business with the ultimate goal of joining the Harbor Financial Group in the traditional financial advisor role within three months to three years. During this period, typical activities include: Meeting with potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals. Educating and empowering clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about investments, insurance, retirement and generosity. Building a strong personal network through local nonprofits, churches and businesses for future growth. Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor.
