Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Elgin, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to support K–12 students with speech, language, and communication needs in a collaborative environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred and compensated accordingly.

Position Details:

• Location: Elgin, IL
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract Options
• School Year: 2025–2026
• Caseload: K–12, based on experience and district needs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

Compensation:

• Local Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hour (non-bilingual)
• Local Hourly Rate: $52–$65/hour (bilingual)
• Travel Equivalent: $65–$70/hour (non-bilingual, including stipends)
• Travel Equivalent: $70–$75/hour (bilingual, including stipends)

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP License or eligibility
• ASHA CCCs required
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Background check and fingerprint clearance required once hired
