We’re a private equity–owned company undergoing rapid digital transformation, already #2 in the US in our segment —and we're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to play a mission-critical role in shaping the future of our technology platform. As a core member of our growing IT team, you'll help ensure every release meets the highest quality standards, with a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and test automation expertise .

You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market that directly enable operational scale and value creation.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Quality Advocate : Partner across teams to deeply understand requirements and transform them into thoughtful test strategies, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate What Matters : Conduct rigorous functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure flawless execution and seamless user experiences.
• Find & Fix Faster : Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity; collaborate closely with developers to validate fixes and maintain release momentum.
• Automate with Purpose : Design and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, WebDriverIO, and BrowserStack , helping the team scale test coverage intelligently.
• Streamline Deployments : Support production releases with automated and manual smoke tests, ensuring mission-critical systems perform under real-world conditions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Influence QA automation frameworks and best practices, championing modern test architecture and agile principles.
• Make Testing a Force Multiplier : Help determine what to automate (and what not to), prioritizing based on risk, business value, and repeatability.

What You Bring

• A keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for quality .
• Experience in collaborative, agile environments where QA is embedded in the product lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of modern test tools and frameworks —Selenium, WebDriverIO, BrowserStack, etc.
• The ability to balance speed with precision in high-stakes deployments.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a private equity–owned company or understand how tech plays a role in enterprise value creation.
