We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on complex projects in Chicago, IL.

The qualified Senior Project Manager will have experience working with High Technology, Biotech, Corporate Campus, Healthcare projects ranging from $20 - $300M million and larger. The scope of work can vary from a floor remodel for a repeat client or a new corporate campus. They take pride in client service #1 and having a vibrant corporate culture #2.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with field operations, providing leadership to office and field staff, and ensure successful project completion. The Project Manager will also work closely with the Executive Team to ensure timely and quality completion of construction process and strategies for the acquisition of new work.

Duties of the Senior Project Manager include:

• Assist in the Preconstruction process

• Assist in development of detailed CPM Schedule

• Assist in development of Detailed Scope of Work

• Develop a project site logistics plan

• Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents

• Review and manage the budget

• Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement

• Provide leadership in quality process

• Document daily construction activities

• Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings

• Assist Project Engineers in Shop Drawing and Submittal process
