Job Title: Project Manager – Interiors & Architectural Finishes

Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Relocation Package Available)

Overview:

We’re seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of all interior construction scopes on a complex, multi-year project in Santa Barbara . The right candidate will have strong experience managing high-end interior finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and specialty trades — with a history of overseeing interior subcontractor packages exceeding $5M .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all interior trades including drywall, millwork, flooring, finishes, specialties, and MEP finishes
• Coordinate closely with field teams and subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing and quality control
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation specific to interior scopes
• Work directly with architects, consultants, and owner reps to resolve design and finish coordination issues
• Lead subcontractor meetings, process RFIs and submittals, and monitor punchlist closeout
• Maintain a high standard of quality and finish throughout the interior delivery

Qualifications:

• 7–12+ years of construction experience focused on interiors and finishes
• Proven track record managing interior packages valued at $5M+
• Strong eye for detail and experience working in architecturally demanding environments
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
