Job Description

Administrative Coordinator needed for US Marina Group, a 3rd party marina management company. Position involves working directly with our Controller and assisting marina staff at 12 marinas and Triton magazine team with HR related issues, purchasing needs, office needs, bookkeeping, basic accounting, etc.

Candidate must have good energy. Must be reliable. Must be very detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Word and Excel and Quickbooks experience, as well as HR, bookkeeping, and administrative knowledge is required. Must understand the marina business. Must be exceptional at organization. Must be personable. Work will be mostly on-site with some travel to marinas at other locations, including the Chesapeake area.

Tasks will include everything from coordinating staffing issues, benefit programs, day-to-day assistance with bookkeeping, organizing meetings and office needs, uniforms and merchandise ordering for various marinas, etc.
