Return Inspector – 1st Shift (Mequon, WI)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Return Inspector to join our team in Mequon. This role is responsible for inspecting returned products, documenting their condition, and ensuring accurate processing for resale, repair, or disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect returned products to determine condition and proper disposition (resell, scrap, restock, etc.)
• Accurately document product status and inspection findings
• Identify and report quality indicators (defects, damages, customer concerns, etc.)
• Assist with unloading returned packages from trucks (physical work required ~1 hour daily)
• Work in varying dock conditions (cooler in winter, warmer in summer)
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to lift, move, and inspect products regularly
• Comfortable with physical work and standing/walking during shift
• Previous warehouse, inspection, or quality experience preferred (but not required)
