Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial finishing and application equipment. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service both in the shop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair service, and warranty repairs on paint, powder coat, sandblast, and spray foam insulation application equipment.
  • Support the system installation team during on-site equipment installations.
  • Provide over-the-phone and in-person troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues.
  • Train customers on proper equipment operation, safety, and routine maintenance.
  • Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed.
  • Travel to customer sites for service calls and installation support.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Mechanical, electrical, or technical background preferred.
  • Experience servicing industrial equipment, spray systems, or similar machinery is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel for service and installation work.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move equipment and tools.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in shop, warehouse, and field environments.
