The Judge Group is seeking a Reliability Manager for a company located in the Rochester NY area.

Title: Reliability Manager

Location: Rochester, NY Area

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Relocation: YES

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to drive reliability, reduce downtime, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Develop and implement strategic reliability programs aligned with TPM pillars such as autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, and early equipment management.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and the Maintenance Support Group to optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and maximize planned downtime utilization.
• Strategically manage spare parts inventory to support uptime and minimize unplanned outages.
• Support and advance the Henkel Production System (HPS), integrating TPM and lean manufacturing principles into daily operations.
• Identify risks and opportunities for equipment performance improvement and lead cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high speed manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining TPM programs
• CMMS
