Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cloud-based projects from their initial concept through to successful completion. This role requires a strong background in cloud technologies, project management methodologies, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including creating and delivering executive-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scoping:
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Review projects to determine timelines, cost limitations, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.
• Execution & Management:
• Implement the project work plan and assign duties to team members.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of necessary materials and resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Provide regular project reports and status updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling executive-level presentations on project status, risks, and achievements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical specialists and external vendors.
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure efficient problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on cloud-based projects.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations for executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security, and networking concepts.
• Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to project challenges.
