Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Dubuque, IA

Duration: 1+ Year Contract

Shift: 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do:

Join our dynamic team to lead and inspire operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll manage performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery, efficiency), drive employee engagement, oversee training and staffing, and ensure production meets quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Lead daily operations and team communications
• Ensure proper training and tooling for job execution
• Manage staffing to meet production and warehousing goals
• Monitor and address performance issues
• Support factory goals across 5S, CI, manpower planning, and budget management

Required:

• 2+ years in a unionized manufacturing environment
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing and quality management
• Willingness to work overtime
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to enforce policies and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred:

• Leadership in a union environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and incentive pay systems (e.g., CIPP)
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Management—or equivalent experience
