Experience & Requirements:

A successful candidate will bring real-world rental property maintenance experience, utilize their skill set to provide estimates and track all projects under their guidance . Applicants required property maintenance experience including but not limited to:

• Routine maintenance and emergency maintenance.
• Must be familiar with HVAC and Water Heater systems and understand equipment requirements.
• Understanding of maintenance in the SFR space and cost ranges for a variety of services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hardware, appliances, drywall, etc.
• Residential Property Maintenance experience required

At least 1-2 years of relevant and well-rounded residential maintenance experience in the property management industry is a  must.

Role Expectations:

• Coordinating multiple projects and procurement of equipment through the day through Lula’s job management program.
• Provide complete and comprehensive assessments on equipment requirements, and place and manage the orders in accordance with our SOPs.
• The job function regularly exercises discretion and judgment.
• Requires analytical with excellent communication skills.
• This is not a field position. You will be expected to work in our local office located in Overland Park, KS.

Specific Duties:

• Serve as client-facing leaders, overseeing the day-to-day project relationships with our subcontractors and customers.
• Coordinate projects between our suppliers and third-party vendors.
• Update notes daily on every project you have running in our job management program.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, tenants, and property managers to acquire relevant information.
• Keep track of all projects and bids that are under your guidance.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of web-based software platforms.
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook are required.

Schedule:

• Day shift (Monday to Friday)
• Available after hours via slack to answer questions on time sensitive projects

Job Type : Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
