Job Description

Part-Time Office Administrator

  • Contract (6+ months)
  • Part-time (3-4 days/week, 20 hours per week)
  • NE Portland, OR
  • Hybrid (1-2 days onsite, 1-2 days remote)
  • Non-profit

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a long-term non-profit client of ours that provides residential and community integration resources for adults with developmental disabilities. They are in need of some temporary, part-time office support. The ideal candidate is able to work with limited information, able to work fluidly, adapt with strong intuition, and collaborative.

A day in the life:

  • Provide general administrative support to the organization, including handling various project-based assignments.
  • Support bookkeeping functions, assisting with light accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Scan, organize, and digitally file invoices and documents.
  • Assist with onboarding of new staff, including uploading documents to internal systems and coordinating with the organization’s IT consultant.
  • Reconcile billing and monitor accounts for discrepancies or needed corrections.
  • Support HR functions such as benefits tracking and resolution of minor employee case matters.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment; perform light cleaning and office upkeep as needed.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 3-5+ years in administrative experience
  • 1-2+ years of AP, AR, and other finance related responsibilities
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, and supportive

Compensation and Benefits : $25-30/HR with access to Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
