Pay: $65,000 – $70,000 base salary + uncapped commissions

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible)

Worksite: 100% in-office role with frequent field visits

Job Description:

We're seeking a consultative and KPI-driven Outside Sales Representative to join a results-focused team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and managing an end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract close. You’ll focus on B2B in-person sales with full autonomy over lead generation and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls daily to drive new business opportunities
• Schedule and complete at least 5 in-person client meetings per week
• Generate and maintain a qualified daily call list
• Identify decision-makers and navigate multi-step buying processes
• Present quotes and proposals, and manage sales follow-up
• Log activity and opportunities accurately in CRM
• Consistently build a pipeline through field visits, referrals, and research
• Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and value positioning

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience selling services
• Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation
• Experience with in-person sales presentations (non-residential)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales metrics
