Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Outdoor Early Childhood Educator specifically working with Kindergarten/1st grade at All Friends Nature School, located in San Diego County, CA. The educator will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging outdoor learning activities that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include facilitating play-based learning, guiding students in nature explorations, and supporting children's individual growth. The role involves close collaboration with parents and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
