We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our clients team and contribute to our financial operations.

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing financial data into our accounting systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update financial data into accounting software and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial records and reports.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all data entry activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed for accounting and auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal staff regarding data-related issues.
