Job Summary :

The Office Administrator will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing patient phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, and performing general office tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Phone Calls : Respond to patient inquiries and follow up with patients regarding their care
  • File Management : Organize and maintain patient records, medical charts, and other office documentation according to company standards.
  • Clerical Support : Perform various administrative duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, and preparing documents.
  • Compliance : Ensure all administrative functions comply with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
