A dynamic, boutique-style firm with top-tier deal work is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with experienced dealmakers on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating everything from stock/asset purchase agreements to employment and corporate governance documents. You'll play a visible, hands-on role in transactions and have direct interaction with clients and opposing counsel.
