Join Pride Health as a Medical Technologist with a Blood Bank Experience with one of our prestigious clients in Manitowoc, WI!

We’re hiring an experienced and ASCP-certified Medical Technologist for a 26-week travel contract.

• Specialty: Medical Technologist
• Location: Manitowoc, WI 54220
• Shift Details: 7 on / 7 off (30 hours one week /40 hours the next week)

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection and processing, including blood sampling and venipuncture, while adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses, utilizing knowledge of physiology and medical terminology.
• Manage laboratory data and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate results, contributing to patient care and treatment decisions.
• Stay updated on advancements in laboratory techniques and participate in quality assurance activities.

Applicants living close to the facility will receive a slightly lesser amount in compensation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Medical Lab or CLS, or Medical Technology
• MLS ASCP or AMT required
• Blood Bank experience (client is double-checking this)
