Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team in Reagan Gold Group. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, enhancing our brand visibility, and driving engagement across all platforms.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will oversee the execution of strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with external vendors, and agencies, lead content development, analyse campaign performance, and ensure consistency in messaging across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who combines creativity with analytical thinking and a strong understanding of online marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and external vendors to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials such as digital advertisements, email campaigns and landing pages tailored to various audiences and platforms.
  • Design and execute social media strategies through competitive research, audience targeting, and messaging alignment across platforms including YouTube, Meta, X (Twitter), Rumble, and others.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content that fosters interaction and brand awareness.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance reports, identify trends, issues and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Continuously refine campaign performances through data analysis, insights gathering, and application of best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong curiosity for data, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in online campaign creation across major platforms such as YouTube, Meta, X (Twitter), and Rumble.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a social media marketing role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for photo, video, and text content.
  • Knowledge of web design, development, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and search engine optimisation (SEO) is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, or Public Relations, or at least 3 years of professional marketing experience.
