Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead financial transformation initiatives, including strategic planning, operational efficiency, and capital structure optimization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing consulting-driven solutions to enhance business performance.
• Lead business development efforts, leveraging your consulting network to grow the CFO Services practice.
• Mentor and guide high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring outstanding delivery and measurable results aligned with top-tier consulting standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within a top-tier consulting firm, with specific expertise in CFO advisory, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• In-depth expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, M&A, and performance improvement, developed through a consulting career.
• Proven business development skills with a strong network in Dallas’s business community, cultivated through consulting engagements.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level in a consulting context.
• MBA or CPA preferred; advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities honed in a consulting environment required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consulting engagements and motivate teams in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
