Job Description

We are hiring a "Litigation Paralegal" for one of our premium clients, who is the largest furniture manufacturer in the United States and one of the largest in the world.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Manage a high-volume litigation docket and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather documents and information for discovery responses.
• Draft and review standard litigation documents, including litigation holds, motions, and timelines.
• Support internal investigations and discovery using e-discovery platforms.
• Assist with case preparation for depositions, hearings, and small claims trials.
• Act as a liaison with customer care and risk management teams.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Paralegal Certificate (preferred).
• Strong understanding of legal records management and discovery processes.
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
