Position : Jr. Buyer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Jr. Buyer to join their team!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Buyer with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud to join our procurement team. The Buyer/Expeditor will be responsible for purchasing goods and services required for operations, ensuring timely delivery, and managing the expediting process to meet production schedules. The role combines purchasing expertise with proactive communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations, while leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud for procurement and order management.

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
    
    
  • 1-3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or expediting, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
    
    
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
    
    
  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud in a procurement or supply chain role, with a strong understanding of its procurement and inventory management functionalities.
    
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
    
    
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
