Our client is a leading boutique investment bank in Denver. They have made a name for themselves in the AutoTech space and, coming off a good year, are looking to grow their team. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in investment banking and a passion for the Tech and/or Auto industry. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting market research, and developing client presentations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling. Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and transaction documents. Maintain and update financial databases and models. Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. ~2-4 years of experience in investment banking ~ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
