• Litigate Insurance Defense Cases – Defend $1M–$10M claims in NJ state and federal courts under CGL and professional liability policies.
• Draft Motions – Prepare motions to dismiss and summary judgment briefs, ensuring compliance with 2025 NJ Insurance Law and court rules.
• Review Insurance Policies – Analyze coverage issues to prepare reservation-of-rights letters and declination notices.
• Conduct Depositions – Question claimants, medical experts, and adjusters, designing questions to challenge liability allegations..
• Prepare Trial Exhibits – Draft witness outlines and exhibits, supporting partners in hearings and arbitrations.
• Research Case Law – Analyze NJ’s Entire Controversy Doctrine to strengthen defense arguments.
