The HR Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting our construction workforce and ensuring effective HR operations across the company. This role is responsible for supervising the HR Assistant, supporting field and office personnel, managing compliance with employment laws and visa regulations, benefit administration, and implementing HR practices that align with business needs. The HR Manager also oversees the company’s H-2B visa program, ensuring the timely and compliant hiring of seasonal foreign workers critical to our field operations.
