The HR Manager will lead the development, implementation and administration of best practices, policies and strategies in the HR function. They will be a key strategic business partner providing hands-on operational and strategic human resources leadership for the Firm.
With a focus on human resources policies, programs, compliance and day-to-day operations, this role will help enhance employee engagement and productivity as well as further our organizational objectives. This role will provide support and guidance to leaders across the organization, especially as related to HR policies, staff compensation, performance management and resolving employee relations issues.
