Your Impact:

As the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all HR functions, ensuring that policies and programs align with business goals while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. Your expertise will drive talent strategy, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations to support both our employees and our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations

✅ Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent

✅ Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

✅ Ensure HR compliance , including payroll processing, benefits administration, and recordkeeping

✅ Lead employee engagement initiatives , fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

✅ Guide training and development programs to support professional growth and leadership readiness

✅ Serve as a strategic partner to leadership , providing insights to enhance workforce planning and operational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Seasoned HR professional with 7+ years of experience in a comprehensive HR management role

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR Certification preferred)

✔ Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices

✔ Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and workforce planning

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

✔ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR execution

✔ HRIS and payroll software experience preferred
