Now Hiring: Hospitality Client Relations Supervisor

  • Location: Houston, TX 77002
  • Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $22.15 per hour
  • Uniform Required

We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Client Relations Supervisor to join our team in a professional corporate environment in downtown Houston. If you have a background in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants and are passionate about client service and leadership, this may be the opportunity for you.

About the Role:

As a Client Relations Team Lead , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client-facing services while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Working closely with an on-site manager, you’ll guide a team in delivering white-glove hospitality services that align with the expectations of a high-end, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and implement service improvements.
  • Lead daily operations and support your team in achieving service goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and participate in leadership meetings.
  • Ensure the site remains presentable, organized, and “tour-ready” at all times.
  • Prepare weekly service and performance reports.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and service enhancements.
  • Assist with administrative functions such as data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management is highly preferred.
  • A professional, polished appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit a variety of personalities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Comfortable being on your feet and walking throughout the day.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service .

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and A/V equipment.
  • Experience in reception, administrative, or facilities support.
  • Knowledge of corporate etiquette and professional presentation standards.
