Job Description

We are looking for a hard-charging, dynamic and experienced Head of Hospitality to lead our hospitality operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure sustainable business growth. This role oversees all service departments — including Front Office, , Housekeeping, and Events — with a focus on service excellence, SOP implementation, and financial performance management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all hospitality departments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
• Monitor and review monthly P&L statements , conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-control and revenue growth strategies.
• Foster a guest-focused culture through continuous staff training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to align operational goals with business strategy.
• Plan and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure projects.
• Lead and inspire department heads to meet and exceed operational KPIs and guest satisfaction targets .

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive hospitality management experience, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L oversight .
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing SOPs across multiple service areas.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with hospitality management systems (PMS, POS, etc.) is a plus.
