Key Responsibilities:
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy, ensuring proper rotation of products
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
• Receive, unload, and process store deliveries
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or damaged products
• Report any product damage or inventory discrepancies promptly
• Assist customers courteously and professionally when needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on time
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in retail or grocery stocking is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• Ability to manage customer interactions effectively and return to tasks efficiently
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling. Shifts typically run from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with scheduling varying throughout the week based on business needs. Success in this role requires a proactive work ethic, the ability to make sound decisions, and the discipline to follow through on assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
