Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and advertising materials, including digital assets (paid social ads, social media posts, web graphics, email templates) and print collateral (brochures, flyers, packaging, posters).
  • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to produce high-quality, visually engaging designs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines, typography, and color standards.
  • Adapt and refine designs based on performance metrics, A/B testing insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop layout compositions, iconography, and visual hierarchies that enhance user experience and audience engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to maintain fresh, modern aesthetics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets and meeting production deadlines.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all files meet quality and format specifications for both digital and print use.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for new branding and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work that has driven results.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory , and branding principles.
  • Experience designing for multiple formats, including digital, print, and multimedia .
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Familiarity with Figma, UI/UX best practices , web design principles, and responsive layouts.
  • Creativity and attention to detail , ensuring every design meets high-quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity.
