• 2+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in technical IT or Finance/Accounting in a staffing agency setting
• Experience in the MSP/VMS space? Huge plus!

🚀 What You'll Do:

As a Recruiter at Blue Chip Talent , you're the matchmaker who brings candidates and career dreams together. You’ll partner with our Account Executives to build a killer pipeline and help people land life-changing opportunities.

💼 Your day-to-day might look like this :

• 🔍 Source and recruit candidates using our powerful CRM, job boards, referrals, networking, job fairs—you name it!
• 📞 Screen and qualify candidates via phone and Zoom for a wide range of roles
• 💸 Negotiate pay packages and handle sensitive candidate info with professionalism
• ✍️ Help tailor resumes to make your candidates shine
• 🤝 Coordinate interviews, and give your candidates the insider scoop before and after
• 📅 Join in on team meetings (we’re big on collaboration)
• 🧩 And... whatever else comes your way — no two days are the same!
