Job Summary

We are seeking a highly intuitive and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and takes initiative without prompting. Global experience and a proven ability to support executives and teams across onsite and remote settings are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CSO and CCO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Anticipate needs and manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders on research and commercial initiatives; assist with scientific presentations, investor materials, and external communications.
• Liaise with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance for document execution, vendor onboarding, and contract tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, and action plans to ensure accountability and timely deliverables.
• Serve as the communication hub for the leadership team; draft and organize internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in biotech, pharma, or research environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and tools such as Concur, Coupa, and Agiloft.
• Global experience and ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures is a plus.
