Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This fast-paced role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing top-tier executive support. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and professional presentations.

• Screen communications and handle inquiries with discretion and professionalism.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects.

• Anticipate executive needs and proactively streamline workflow.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years supporting senior executives (healthcare or corporate experience preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Experience with travel, expense reporting, and AV support is a plus
