Interim Director – Global IT Programmes
Start: October 2025
Location : Los Angeles, CA (1x per week in office. Travel to London required adhoc, paid for)

A leading organisation in their industry are looking for a seasoned IT Change professional to support across 2 business crucial workstreams within the organisation.
Initially, you will help set up the PMO under guidance from senior leadership, before transitioning to oversee the organisation’s business crucial security transformation programme.
You will drive delivery across complex IT and security programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will manage governance frameworks, mitigate risk, and provide clear, actionable reporting.
Experience Required:
*Proven track record delivering large-scale IT and security transformation programmes.
*Strong experience in IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
*Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, capacity management, and team allocation to ensure delivery success.
*Strong background in continuous improvement, optimising processes and delivery practices across IT programmes.
*Skilled in stakeholder engagement, presenting to executive boards and influencing outcomes.
