A leading national law and lobbying firm with over five decades of experience is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–6 years) to join its dynamic team. With over 600 professionals across 12 offices nationwide, this firm is known for its role in high-impact cases, complex transactions, and critical legislation. The team fosters a collaborative and community-driven culture, valuing strong relationships both internally and externally.
The firm’s corporate practice has deep expertise across key industries including consumer products, health care, gaming, and hospitality. Associates work on a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions—from middle-market to lower middle-market—serving a diverse client base that includes private equity firms, public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Ideal candidates will have:
· 3–6 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions
· Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
· Experience in outside general counsel work (a plus, but not required)
· A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
